Q: Other suppliers have a better price than yours?

A: We can not guarantee that the price is the lowest, but we can guarantee that the quality is the best. To create the greatest benefit for clients is our belief, if you have a better price, please let we know. We will try the best to meet your price and support you.

 

Q: How about the warranty?

A: All parts have one year warranty.

 

Q: How many days does the product ship?

A: 1. We will ship most of goods to you about 1-5 work days after you make the payment.

2.For some special parts, it needs about 4 weeks. The handling time will be showed on Description of each part.

 

Q: What about the shipment?

A: We usually arrange shipment by DHL, FedEx, UPS with competitive price. EMS will be used for some remote countries and regions which DHL, FedEx and UPS can not arrive. Of course, you can also use your own freight forwarders.

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: To make a purchase, find the product exactly you need,and click the "Add to Cart" button. Continue adding products, or click "Checkout" to complete your order! Create a buyer account to make your shopping trip even smoother! Some perks include a faster checkout process with auto-filled information, easily accessible order history and status, and updates directly to your inbox about new releases and special promotions.

 

Q: How do I know that you have sent the products out?

A: Once the parts have been sent out, a tracking number will be submitted on order and you will also receive an e-mail about the delivery status, so that you can check where your goods at all time.

 

Q: What can I do if I could not find the goods on your shop?

A: You are much welcome to contact our sales (E-mail: sales@plc-part.com) with specific information (such as module number, Product nameplate etc), so that we can check it for you whether we have the item or not.

 

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: All the products are shipped out from our warehouse in Chinese Mainland. We give our customers exactly what they pay for, and we make every cent count.

 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking link in this email to view the updated status of your package. Otherwise, send us an email at sales@plc-part.com and we'll happily check it for you!
